Camel Festival - 2007 CD by Yogendar Purohit

Recently concluded Camel Festival – 2007 was one more milestone in bringing people together to witness the rich cultural heritage and tradition of the Country of Camels – Bikaner. If you missed the event and still want to feel the joy, Yogendra is all set to make you feel the same way as you would do in the festival at Bikaner.

An artist by birth, Yogendra and RealBikaner’s association is as old as it gets. He displayed his paintings of vivid forms on a weekly basis for more than a year before moving out of Bikaner for his assignments. He’s back and so is the bond with RealBikaner. This time, his digital eyes are speaking for himself besides his brush-strokes on the canvas and he captured all the events of camel festival from an artist’s view point.

Bundled in a nicely prepared and scripted series of still photographs, the movie captures all events of the camel festival – 2007. Listening to the serene folk music as background score, frame by frame, you will love to peep into the festival through his digital eyes.

RealBikaner invited Ms. Natacha Gallissot, President, Action Formation Education Voyage (AFEV) – a French NGO to inaugurate the CD of the Camel Festival – 2007.
