At Balaji Resort we serve all types of Traditional Dishes like Raj Kachori, Kheer, Marvari Bhoj etc. Beside this we serve continental, Chinese and Mughlai cuisine (Veg & Non-Veg.) also at our restaurant. 

Delicious Rajasthani Special dishes prepared on Chullah with slow fire by Rajasthani Belle are also served here. Meals can be served collectively in group, seating in Royal Rajsthani style. Rajasthani dishes prepared in traditional manner are available in the Resort. We have also kept special dishes for special occasions (Diwali, Dushera etc.).
