Bikaner feels elated as two candidates from Bikaner have been successfully selected in Indian Civil Service Examination 2008-09. Vipul Ujjwal has secured fourteenth rank  and has been selected as an IAS. Young Mayusha Goyal, who was married just two days before her result has secured 272nd rank at ICS Examination and she feels great at this achievement.
