Revival

A Sun is setting,
with all its splendour,
another in me is rising,
encircling all its wonder.

Crimson rays, cool wind,
spreading over the plains,
of my highest faculty,
gives a feel of spiritual birth.

Sleeping I was one of them,
rising I am one of them,
still a cool dawn,
marks a difference,
between my night and tomorrow.

The God of yesterday,
is counting stars with me,
one each for my fault,
the sky is full.

Behold I see my deus,
virtuously white calm light,
but it soothes me to say,
'Moon, see thy face'.

Sometimes we need to look beyond the physical and materialistic life. The retrospection brings peace and purity of soul. One who acknowledges the mistakes of life rises above and soars high above the clouds of sin and guilt.
